It's probably no secret that I love Pixi Beauty, and by some miracle I've ended up on their PR list meaning every so often I get some new products to try. So of course, I've built up quite the collection of both skincare and make up - and, not wanting to make this post too long, I've narrowed it down to my top 4...
Hydrating Milky Mist* // I love a good mist - they're an easy to use and somewhat fun addition to your skincare routine, and really add something without taking up a lot of time or effort. This one smells slightly floral and sweet, but not in a fake and nasty kind of way, and it sinks in really quick ready for whatever you're going to use next. It has hyaluronic acid in it so it's perfect for adding moisture without being sticky or tacky, and black oat which is soothing, and it's an all-round brilliant product. I've had mine ages and use it quite regularly (of course it gets swapped out for other things, fickle kid that I am...) so you can see, a little goes a long way!
ItsEyeTime eyeshadow palette* // This is a palette that was brought out in collaboration with youtuber It's Judy Time, when Pixi worked with a range of influencers to bring out some amazing products (including one of my favourite cleansers ever, the Double Cleanse in collaboration with Caroline Hirons). I adore this palette - it's fairly neutral, so it's really wearable, and has its fair share of mattes and shimmers as well as some more glittery shades. I've massively hit pan on Snowflake, which is just the perfect champagne shade, and I also love Bubbly (the gold) and Getaway, the shimmery brown/red in the middle, second row up from the bottom. All of the shades are pigmented and buttery, blending well and lasting a decent amount of time on the eyes. This is one of those make up items that I always take travelling with me because it's so dependable.
Beauty Sleep Cream* // This is labelled as a 'rich night treatment' and while I wouldn't say it's that rich, it is lovely. It smells a bit like lavender, and it sinks in nice and quick without being greasy - and it's as hydrating as I need it to be, which is quite a lot. It's buttery and gentle and soothing, and I love the packaging with it's quasi-pump feature. Would definitely recommend!
Glow Tonic* // It had to be, didn't it? It's the original and it's the best - the Glow Tonic is famous in the skincare world and has won sooooo many awards, and it's not hard to see why. It's strong enough to actually do something to your skin without being harsh or irritating or drying it out, and it smells nice as well but again, not in a fake and nasty way. I am now the proud owner of a HUGE bottle of the stuff complete with a pump and my flipping name on it. Thanks, Pixi, I love you guys.
It's amazing that you are on the Pixi PR List, I have been wanting to try their products for ages :) xx
