I say diamonds, she says pearl // Jewellery Box

A few weeks back, I was contacted by the lovely people at Jewellery Box to see if I wanted to try out some of their gorgeous jewellery pieces. I jumped at the chance (who wouldn't) and headed straight to their website to check out what they had to offer. It's an easy to navigate site and offers jewellery for every end of the budget spectrum - so there truly is something for everyone.

I immediately fell in love with the Abella necklace - a sterling silver sunflower with a little bee resting on top. If you know me, you'll know about my love/slight obsession with bees so of course this necklace was absolutely perfect for me!

I whizzed off an email telling them how much I loved the necklace, then said the rest was up to them - I told them the sort of thing I'm into, what metals suit my skin and what I definitely don't like. A few days later a gorgeous little parcel appeared complete with ribbons and tiny pegs. Inside was my longed-for bumble bee necklace and my surprise item too: a twig-esque silver wrap around ring.

They're fab quality and shiny and lovely; the necklace is even more perfect than it looks online so I'm utterly thrilled and can see myself getting a lot of use out of them both! I don't own a lot of silver jewellery so I'm glad to have these in my collection now.

SAVE THE BEES

If you know me, you'll probably know I have a strange obsession with bees. I have a bee tattoo which I adore, and I'm hankering after loads more bee-related stuff. This blog post comes with a serious message too, though. SAVE THE BLOODY BEES. Honestly, we'll all probably be dead without them. The Bee Movie isn't just a cute cartoon you know guys - it's true. They are so vital to our existence and without them, loads of the things we need to survive would cease to be available. Plant bee-friendly plants, and lots of 'em. Talk to the plants and send love to the bees.

5. Joules welly boots // Although I'm not a farmer or frequent festival goer, I do love wellies. Joules are always really good quality, and these are a really nice height. click here

7. Buglife socks by J.Crew // These are soooo expensive for a pair of socks but I love everything about them and I reckon they'd BEE dead comfy. See what I did there???? click here
