My dream designer bag wishlist

I don't know about you, but I often find myself on 'designer bag' TikTok and honestly, the mind boggles sometimes. People who have shelf after shelf of designer bag - I envy them, of course, but I don't think I could justify owning that many £1k+ bags. It's just wild. Think of all the city breaks you could go on for that!

But that being said, all of this time spent looking at Chanel totes and finding out what to buy to be in with the chance of being able to purchase a Birkin has left me with a good sense of my dream designer bags... so you lucky people get to find out exactly what they are.

I currently own a gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous Valentino bag, which is low-end designer and I absolutely LOVE it even if I did leave it on the bus about a week after I got it. It's so well made and fits loads in, and I use it often. It's this one and it cost around £150 - my fiancĂ©e actually got mine from ASOS.

Anyway, onto the wishlist... now, very top of the list is a classic Louis Vuitton Neverfull, which I am currently saving towards in a specific pot on Monzo. Leftover money the day before payday goes in there, and once our trip to Copenhagen is out the way I'll be sending the round-up payments into there too. Any sponsored content I do for my blog, that's where the money goes. Hopefully it won't be long until my dream bag is in my hands!

Up first is the GG Marmont Matelassé Shoulder Bag in Green Leather from Gucci; currently not available for some reason, but this is just the dream designer handbag for spring. I love this classic Gucci shape and this particular shade of green does a lot for me. 10/10 no notes...

Secondly we have the Vivienne Westwood Macandy Tartan Louise Heart-Shaped Cross Body bag - I'm a big fan of Viv Westwood anyway, and this bag is under £400 so not crazy expensive by any means. It's definitely a statement bag which wouldn't necessarily *go* with a lot of things but I do literally own a handbag made to look like a 1950s diner, so that isn't a problem for me clearly.

Let's talk Dior; the Book Tote is my faveeeee bag from them, and I would absolutely take any design. This is the White Multicolor Florilegio Embroidery version and how pretty is that?! Perfect for summer, big enough for me to put my laptop in when travelling down to London for work... just stunning!

The fourth bag on my list is this YSL envelope clutch in white and gold - I'm pretty certain this will be my wedding day bag, depending on how much we save between now and then. I just LOVE how dainty it is - such a statement piece and with the wedding dress I've got in mind, it would 100% work. Love love love.

Finally is another Louis Vuitton - this time it's the Twist PM bag, which I just love. Not too fussy or bold, and would definitely go with a lot of things. Although I do fear it would get dirty within 5 minutes! It's also one of the most expensive on this dream designer bag wishlist, coming in at over £3k which is admittedly absurd for a handbag. The gold hardware, though...

Okay this was a very fun and silly post to write but I hope you enjoyed it, and if you're coveting any designer bags please let me know in the comments! If you've not signed up to Monzo yet you can get £5 for free if you sign up through THIS LINK.
