What to watch on Netflix in lockdown 2.0

So the UK is back in lockdown (of sorts) and we're all going stir crazy, so I thought I'd scroll through Netflix and give you my current recommendations in case you're in desperate need of something to watch in between Zoom meetings and your seventh wardrobe clear out of the year...

TV series on Netflix

The Queen's Gambit (it's about chess but trust me it's SO good)
The End of the F***ing world (series 2 just dropped)
The Haunting of Bly Manor (mostly for Dani and Jamie)
Unsolved Mysteries (there's new episodes of this too)
Line of Duty (all 5 seasons are on there and if you've never seen it you're in for a treat)
Vexed (comedy police stuff)
Uncle (witty British sitcom)
Doctor Foster (Jodie Comer and Suranne Jones being brilliant)
The Stranger (ooh very mysterious)
The Duchess (Katherine Ryan being outstanding)
Drifters (hilarious girly comedy)
Scorpion (nerdy action crime drama situation)
Press (fascinating fictional look at tabloid v broadsheet journalism)

Films on Netflix

Rebecca (the new one with the terrible reviews that's actually not that bad)
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (mental)
The Grinch (goes without saying really)
Shutter Island (very gritty)
Agatha and the Truth of Murder (interesting take on a great story)
Angels and Demons (the best Robert Langdon film)
Nativity (it is almost Christmas after all)
The Call (Halle Berry AND Abigail Breslin???)
The Perks of Being a Wallflower (just gorgeous)
Begin Again (very soft)
Orphan (the best horror film there is)

Obviously this is just a small selection but these are my personal recommendations - feel free to add your own in the comments OR tell me what you think about any of these!
