Beauty empties: September 20

Back in business with another huge empties post - talking through the beauty products I've used up over the past two months and what I thought of them! Without further ado...

Garnier Ultimate Blends Hair Food Banana & Shea Hair Mask

As I've had my hair bleached, I'm trying everything to keep it in good condition. This is hands down one of the best masks I've ever tried - it smells amazing and always leaves my hair feeling so nourished. It's £6.99 for 390ml which is pretty mid-range when it comes to the price of a hair mask, but you can often get it on offer in Home Bargains or at the supermarket so keep your eyes peeled. I got it for less than two quid at Lidl once! Couldn't recommend this more. Purchase Garnier Hair Food masks here!

Herbal Essences Llamaste Conditioner

I've featured this and it's matching conditioner in empties posts before, and it's something I've repurchased a few times. They're just no-nonsense haircare with a nice scent, leave your hair clean and soft, have a llama on the packaging... what more could you want! Another one you can find in Home Bargains (etc) pretty regularly too.

Superdrug Deep Conditioning Hair Treatment Mask

I found this buried in my mask-box and gave it a go - pretty bog standard, I left it on overnight to give my hair a really good deep condition and it worked pretty well. Not the best or worst mask I've ever used but smells nice and it's cheap too!

Macadamia Deep Repair Masque

Another one I found lurking in my mask-box, I think I got this in a Glossybox ages ago. I really liked this; it's fairly expensive at around £20 for a tub, which you can buy online at a few places, and I enjoyed this one a lot. My hair felt sooooo soft afterwards, and it's just an all-round great hair mask. Purchase Macadamia Deep Repair Masque here!

Pixi Glow Tonic*

This is one of my favourite skincare products in the world. A glycolic toner, it gently exfoliates and leaves your skin feeling soooooo glowy. I've been using this for years, and it's something I'll always repurchase. There are dupes of it, but you can't beat the original. It smells nice, and this paired with a reusable cotton pad is just a winning combo! Purchase Pixi Glow Tonic here!

Gerard Cosmetics Slay All Day Setting Spray - Cucumber

When I say this is one of my holy grail make up products, I mean it. I've repurchased this soooo many times, and it's always on my birthday/Christmas wishlist. I love the cucumber scented version, and the peach one is lovely too - but there's plenty to choose from. If you have skin that make up just doesn't last well on, definitely give this a try. Purchase Slay All Day setting spray here!

Pixi Vitamin C Lotion*

Another Pixi product, this time their Vitamin C Lotion. It's a lovely thick moisturiser that doesn't take too long to sink in, feels so nourishing and smells sweet but absolutely gorgeous. If I didn't already have so many moisturisers in my office drawers, I would definitely repurchase this and I'm happy to recommend it to anyone with combo/normal skin! Purchase Pixi Vitamin C lotion here!

Balance Me Congested Skin Serum

I definitely got this in a beauty subscription box once, and it's been one of those things that I've come back to occasionally but never really fallen in love with. Would I buy it? No, but it's not the worst product in the world. It's a serum for blemish-prone skin and it does leave you feeling clean but it's not a miracle worker at all. Purchase the Balance Me Congested Skin Serum here!

Bath & Body Works Hand Sanitiser

I stocked up on these in Poland pre-pandemic, not knowing how much I'd get through them. I've used a few up this year, but I can't seem to find any of the others - they're just hand sanitiser though, and their range of scents/colours/cute packaging is amazing. A standard winner in my eyes.

Collection Incredibrow

I absolutely love this stuff - it's essentially a tinted brow mascara, and it lasts all day. The brush is perfect for shaping a brow while adding colour to it, and it's obviously just an absolute bargain because it's Collection. Purchase Collection Incredibrow here!

So, there's all the beauty products I've used up recently. If you've tried any of these let me know what YOUR thoughts were.
