Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks - my top 5

I am a sucker for a good liquid lipstick, and Kat Von D's are excellent - they last for ages on the lips and while they are slightly drying, I've definitely tried worse formulas. We were absolutely blessed by Kat Von D for the latest #CarnLIVal event, and they sent absolutely loads of Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks. I've been trying them out over the past few weeks, and finally come up with my top 5...

okay so these aren't actually the shades I'm discussing below but
these were the ones I had close to hand when I had a spare
10 mins to take blog photos lol :(
'Mother' is a barbie pink with a hint of purple, and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it; I wasn't sure if it would look right with my pale skin tone, but I've found myself reaching for it a lot. It doesn't go with everything, but it jazzes up a plain black outfit beautifully.

'Lolita II' is a dark browny-nude with a very small hint of pink, and it's a perfect every day colour which looks really nice with any other make up - dark eyes, nude eyes, heavy bronzer, sparkly blusher you name it, this one goes.

'Lovecraft' is a dusky pink, quite cool toned which makes it stand out a lot especially against warmer make up - it's sooooo pretty and I love it, and I wore it so much in Poland.

'Ophelia' is an almost-brown nude with a slight hint of peach in certain lights - I can definitely only get away with this if the rest of my make up is quite heavy, otherwise I look a bit dead, but I think it's one of those colours that looks really classy on the lips.

'Beloved' is pink pink pink - not too bright, but a proper berry pink that's so feminine and makes your lips look big and lush, majorrrrrr luv. A definite night out shade for me, but if you're a bit braver than I am then it's probably not too bold for day-to-day!

What's your favourite KVD shade?
