L'Oreal Elvive Extraordinary Clay shampoo & conditioner

Myself and Sam are pretty much drowning in hair products - sea salt sprays and masks and heat protectants, you name it we've got it. Somehow, though, we don't seem to have much shampoo or conditioner so, in Home Bargains a few days ago, I picked up the L'Oreal Elvive Extraordinary Clay shampoo and conditioner for £1.99 a pop.

They smell like any other L'Oreal shampoo and conditioner, which happens to be a smell I really love. The shampoo lathers really well, and you only need a tiny bit of it - I was expecting it to be thick, because of the clay, but it's a generic shampoo consistency and I really enjoyed using it, which might be an odd thing to say about shampoo. The conditioner was nice too, again in a generic way, and the combination left my hair feeling sooooo soft and manageable.

So did it sort out my oily roots while also looking after the dry ends, as it claims to? In all honesty - yes it did. My hair genuinely felt healthy from root to tip, without being greasy at the top or dry at the ends. Result? I think so!
