November Empties

It's been a while since I've done an empties post and naturally I've got quite a few - I've been doing my best to use stuff up because my skincare and shower-stuff drawers are BURSTING.

I finished up an apple and papaya shampoo from Morrisons that I seem to have had forever - it wasn't anything special but it was cheap and cheerful, and smelt amazing. Plus, like I said, lasted ages. I also finished the Free From Frizz blowout shampoo, which was part of a treatment that I never actually did; it smelt incredible and definitely left my hair feeling a bit smoother.

Lots of hair stuff this time around; I used up a Gum Hair juice conditioner which smells AMAZING, but doesn't really do much. You can pick it up in Home Bargains though so it's cheap and I think some salons use this stuff, or they used to in like 2007. I've also gone through a few of the Garnier Nutrisse Creme nourishing conditioners that you get with hair dye and I don't think they do much but I always use them when I've dyed my hair, which I have recently. The conditioner smells divine and the little bottles are actually dead handy for travelling, plus there's more in them than you'd think!

Skincare-wise I've used up a tube of the Garnier Pure Active 3 in 1 wash/scrub/mask that I've raved about 7 million times because I love it so much - smells good, keeps blemishes at bay, gets rid of excess oil without being overly-drying. It's honestly such a god-send product, and the exfoliant in it is all natural. Last but not least I got through the Vichy Normaderm Beautifying Anti-Blemish Care, which is a moisturiser of sorts - I've been using it in place of a serum as I don't find it moisturising enough for my dry skin, but for y'all oily gals it might be fab. I don't personally reckon it did much for my blemishes, though, which is a shame because I love Vichy as a brand!

In terms of make-up, I only finished one thing which was the Maybelline Lash Sensational waterproof mascara, which I actually really like - I've heard it's a dupe for Benefit Roller Lash, but I find the Maybelline offering to be a lot thicker and more volumising (for me) rather than lengthening. But hey my lashes are short and stumpy little bastards, so.

What skincare/make-up/hair care bits have you used up?
