Recent things // Haul

As a blogger I get sent a lot of things, and I also like to spend my money on a variety of pointless things so I often have a pile of new stuff in my room - I thought I'd give you a run down of what's new in my life.

Vichy like to spoil me sometimes, and they sent over their Pureté Thermale 3 in 1 Micellar Water and their Aqualia Thermal Serum, both of which have gone straight into my skincare drawer and I can't wait to try them out - expect full reviews of both soon!

Baylis & Harding have an offspring company called Beauticology, and I was lucky enough to get my hands on some of their new Donut Shop collection - they sent the House of Luxuries gift set, and the mug gift set. They're both jam packed with sweet smelling bath and body stuff (literally, they smell amazing) and I've yet to find a B&H/Beauticology product I don't love.

I was shopping a few weeks ago and picked up this gorgeous wall plaque in Card Factory, of all places - it was under 3 quid and it's glass and so pretty, and I'm patiently waiting for my dad to find the hammer so I can hang it in pride of place on my bedroom wall. I also picked up a new book a couple of days ago: Douglas Coupland's Player One - I have another of his books in my to-read pile, but I think this one will end up closer to the top as the story sounds fascinating, and I love the idea of the chapters being delivered as lectures across Canada.

You may know I went to a v.i.p event at LUSH, and one of our goodies was the sparkly pumpkin bubble bar - it smells amazing and it's covered in glitter so honestly, what more could you want?! Last but not least, I'm working with Buddy Scrub on one of my upcoming Christmas gift guides (you've got til next month so don't worry, they're not gonna be in your face too soon...) and their Raw Cacao scrub came through my door a few days ago - you're gonna have to wait and see what I think of this one but I'm soooooo excited to try it out.

Have you bought anything exciting lately? Tell me, because I'm trying to put myself on a shopping ban so I need to live vicariously through y'all.
