Mercy, mercy please // OOTD

I'm getting into the swing of outfit photos - even though it nearly always means that Sam and I have similar blog posts, because we're together so much and when we're not being lazy, we get dressed up and go out which often results in outfit photos for you to feast your eyes on whether you like it or not.

As always, my outfit is pretty much all Missguided - but I do have n excuse because I won their "year's supply for clothes" competition, so you know. The printed skirt was bought before Summer so I can't find it now, but honestly I love it. The material is so soft and surprisingly it goes with a lot of stuffff. Roll neck tops are my ultimate fave clothing piece, and this black one is a wardrobe staple for me. My shoes are good ol' trusty Dr Martens, bought for £50 brand new on eBay.

This faux leather backpack is a lot more roomy than it looks, and in all honesty I'd forgotten that I'd even ordered it until it came - it's definitely going to be an every day bag for me at uni. It has gold zips, or 'hardware' as fashiony people say. My lotus ring is from Little O, who's stuff I absolutely adore.
