LUSH Scrubee // Review

If you know me, you'll know I love bees and anything bee-related - so it's no surprise when someone buys me random bee themed things. Sam got me the adorable little Scrubee from Lush, and for a while I left him sitting on the plated of Lush products we have on our dresser. But eventually I decided to give him a go (oo err) to see how scrubby he really was!

Scrubee is technically a body butter - and his underneath is completely smooth, so you can use him just to moisturise if you want to. But his scrubbing power is brilliant: ground almonds and ground coconut shell make for quite a rough scrub, and they don't half stick to the bath, but if your skin needs exfoliating then you can't go wrong. He didn't irritate my eczema, either, which is a bonus. He does leave a bit of an annoying oily film on the skin, but that provides extra moisturisation so I can't complain too much!

Now, I can't for the life of me work out what he smells like. It's almost like white chocolate orange which would make sense because of the cocoa butter and Brazilian orange oil, but there's other scents there too that I just can't put my finger on. It's a nice smell, though, if a little too wintery.

So would I recommend the Scrubee? At nearly 7 quid he's not the cheapest scrub you can buy but he's SO cute, smells nice and leaves the skin feeling lush (see what I did there?) so if you're a bee fan, then yes!

Have you tried Scrubee?
