Inside it contains 4 of the best sellers form DHC's Tokyo collection - the deep cleansing oil, mild soap, eye moisture strips and oil blotting papers. Now, being a dry-skinned gal it's clear that blotting papers are not something I need, so they've been passed onto my mum for the summer. I've tried eye moisture strips from DHC before, and because I'm not desperate for moisture around my eyes right now, I've not used these particular ones yet - but here's a review of the ones I've already tried...
So, that leaves us with the soap and the cleansing oil. Soap is soap, right? It does what it says on the tin - it's mild, so it doesn't sting or dry the skin out too much, plus it smells amazing. The creme de la creme, though, is the cleansing oil. Y'all know I get through cleansers on an alarming basis, and this one didn't disappoint. It got my make up off quickly and without irritating my skin, plus it left my face feeling so soft and smooth. It doesn't have too much of a scent, which I liked - I did find I had to use a fair bit, but other than it's absolutely spot on.
So there you have it - some Japanese skincare. I love trying new bits and pieces, and these ones were definitely fun to use; it's handy to have some of their bestsellers in one little box, and this would make the ideal Christmas gift if you're stilling shopping!
