Winter coat inspiration 2018

The temperature has dropped a lot over the past few days, and it's definitely coat season now so I've rounded up a few of my favourites to share with you. I've not actually bought my 2018 winter coat yet but I'm definitely on the hunt for one before I head to Poland in January - I'll need one!

I love this smart checked coat from UNIQUE21 @ ASOS - the faux fur collar just really adds something special to it, and it's such a fancy coat (perfect for all those Christmas catch up cocktails) but it's not too expensive - I think £75 for a coat like this is pretty good! I saw a pink coat similar to this is one of Elle Darby's hauls, and I instantly fell in love. I'm not massively girly but I am a sucker for anything pink and I just love how fluffy this pink teddy coat from Boohoo is - it has a bit of a collar so it's smarter than your average teddy jacket, and I just adore it. It's £70 which is pricey for Boohoo but for a big thick coat, isn't that bad. The last of the smarter coats is this Zara leopard print faux fur coat, which is quite long and looks sooooo soft. It's just under a hundred quid which again, genuinely isn't that bad for such a nice coat. It's more than I'd pay but it's such a boujee coat - you'd definitely stand out in this one.

Onto more casual coats, kicking off with the New Look teddy jacket which every blogger and their mum has - this is the coat I really want for Poland, but I've not seen it in person yet and I'm worried it won't be warm enough. I love it, though, because it looks so soft and comfy and easy to wear - plus for £30 it won't break the bank! Last but not least is this oversized grey parka from Missguided - I love how laid back it is and the contrast of the orange, too. It looks cosy and for £65, it's not mega cheap but not too pricey either, and Missguided coats are actually decent quality.
