What's in my hand luggage: Porto

Later today we fly to Porto in Portugal - it's an evening flight, about 2 and a half hours which isn't too bad at all. I'm dead nosey when it comes to seeing what people are taking on holiday, so I thought I'd share my own travel bits with you lot, starting with my hand luggage.

I've packed The Sudden Departure of the Frasers because I can't get on a plane without a good book - for me, it definitely makes the time pass a lot quicker which is the ultimate bonus when you're stuck on a plane. I've also packed a puzzle book to keep my brain in top working order for when we land and have to figure out what to do next in terms of getting to our apartment. Also, proper fun.

I'm not wearing make up to fly because my skin gets SO dry on planes that it just cracks off, so I've packed a few skincare bits (under 100ml each of course). I've got a little Ziaja moisturiser, some Primark hand sanitiser and my steroid cream in case my eczema gets bad as well as a deodorant, also from Ziaja.

Fluffy socks are a must because my feet get SO cold on planes, and I've chucked my sunglasses in my hand luggage for safe keeping alongside my euros and some important information, my passport, and my debit card.

No doubt I've forgotten something, and I've got some clothes packed in here too as we're challenging ourselves by taking one case between the 4 of us, but who cares - LET'S GO TO PORTOOOO.

  1. Have a fabulous trip! I always take puzzle books on the plane with me, they are like a holiday tradition now!
