New in skincare

Y'all know, skincare is my jam and I've been sent some bits lately that I'm dying to try out (as well as stuff I've bought) so I thought I'd give you my first impressions/what I'm thinking about the new skincare in my collection.

The Body Shop Aloe Calming Toner // This one, I'm yet to try but it smells amazing and I love everything else I've ever tried from The Body Shop, so I have high hopes - 'calming' was what drew me in because my skin is often pretty angry, so I'll keep you updated on this one!

Beauty Kitchen Abyssinian Oil Facial Cleansing Balm* // What I like about this is that it's completely unscented, so I think it'll be good for even those with the most sensitive skin (myself included). It's jam packed with all sorts of oils, and it's a solid balm that melts on touch. These are my favourite types of cleansers, because as well as being easy to get your make up off they're so soothing. I can't wait to try this out properly and I'm sure it'll make an appearance in an empties post one day, as most of my cleansers do!

Superdrug Vitamin E Toning Facial Mist // I had my eyes on this for ages, and somehow just kept forgetting to pick it up but I'm so glad I finally have - I find facial mists can often be quite sting-y but this one is really refreshing, calming and cooling as well as smelling nice and adding an extra layer of moisture during my skincare routine.

Medik8 Hydr8 B5 Skin Rehydration Serum* // Now when this says rehydration - it means it. Seriously my skin was so dry and about ten minutes after applying a layer of this, it seemed plump and smooth and less flaky. Time will tell if it has any long term benefits, but this is one I'm really excited about using.

What new skincare bits have you got your hands on lately?
