Sample Stash #3

I'm still working my way through the excessive amount of samples I seem to have accumulated, so here we go again...

Percy & Reed No Oil Oil // I don't like this - it smells gorgeous, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't really do anything plus it feels quite sticky and gross. Definitely not one I'd be rushing out to purchase! 3/10

Pilaten Blackhead Pore Strip // I first tried this way back when I started my blog, and it's been a firm favourite ever since. It's a thick black gel that you put on your face (I tend to use it just where my pores are particularly blocked up, gross) and it dries so you can peel it off - taking with it the gunk from your pores. 8/10

Weleda Wheat Balancing Shampoo // Honestly, shampoo is shampoo if you ask me but this was in our #NWmeet goody bags (yeah, I'm still working my way through it...) and I decided to give it a go. It's quite a thick consistency but it looks and smells kinda gross - I definitely wouldn't buy it, because it didn't leave my hair feeling soft although it definitely felt clean! 3/10

Sophie La Girafe hair & body wash // Like, this is for babies. It genuinely is - adults can use it too, but it's targeted for babies. I used it on my hair and it just didn't seem to do anything; so much so that I did a double wash, following up with a different shampoo. It smells gorgeous, but I don't think it's one for someone with as long/thick hair as me. On your body it's pretty nice, but I doubt it's worth the price tag unless you're a minted mama. 4/10

As you can tell, the samples I tried this month were a bit naff! But I'll be back in the new year with plenty more so keep your eyes peeled...

  1. That Blackhead pore strip sounds great! Everything else... Not so much
